Senior HR Manager

Position Title: Senior HR Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 22,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based international Shipping & Logistics company serving connecting continents with world-class maritime solutions. Job Description: - Lead and manage all HR operations including employee lifecycle, HR administration, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. - Oversee visa processing, labor compliance, HR systems, government relations, and policy implementation. - Drive employee engagement, learning & development, succession planning, and organizational growth initiatives. - Manage HR team performance using HRIS and HR software, while partnering with leadership to build a high-performing HR function.

Qualifications: - Open to European nationalities, 40 years old and below. - Bachelor’s degree in any related field. - Minimum 8 years of strong experience managing end-to-end HR operations, 3 years of which as an HR Lead or Manager. - Must be highly organized, energetic, proactive, smart, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
