Senior HR Manager

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across all functions, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build effective talent pipelines, develop recruitment channels and conduct talent mapping for critical and management positions.
• Develop and manage compensation, incentive and performance frameworks, including salary reviews, performance appraisals and KPI setting.
• Oversee manpower budgeting, headcount planning and workforce optimisation, analysing manpower costs, productivity and organizational structure.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, performance improvement and termination cases, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment requirements.
• Support organization design, succession planning, talent reviews, employee development, engagement and company culture initiatives.
• Drive HR digitalization, automation and AI adoption, leveraging HR systems and people analytics to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Oversee daily HR operations, policies, employee records and governance, providing HR insights and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO.

Requirement

• Degree in Human Resource, Business or a related discipline, with relevant professional qualifications preferred.
• 8–10 years relevant HR experience, preferably in a broad-based HR Manager or HRBP role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Performance Management and Employee Relations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret HR and workforce data。
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and Management.
