Job Description
- Manage of subordinates in HR Admin and GA department
- Plan and manage people development
- Handle Industrial Relation matters including the dispute
- Coordinate with labor union
- Handle talent management
- Manage labor cost and department expenses
- Negotiate with the government
- Handle compensation and benefits systems
- Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Law or similar
- Business English proficiency
- 10 years of experience as HRGA function and 7 years as Managerial position
- 5 years in Japanese manufacturing company including automotive company
