Senior HR Officer

For one of our clients we're looking for a Senior HR Officer. As Senior HR Officer, you are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, supporting the HR Manager with various HR tasks and personnel matters, implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures, advising managers on employee-related issues, and coordinating staff training and development initiatives.

The Senior HR Officer is responsible for overseeing HR, payroll, and office administration to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks and office facilities, supervising support staff, maintaining accurate employee records, managing leave and absenteeism, administering insurance and pension plans, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating training and development programs, and advising management on HR-related matters. The role also covers end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, tax and pension contributions, and year-end payroll activities, while addressing employee payroll queries and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the Senior HR Officer holds authority to sign certain HR and administrative documents and ensures consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
