Senior HRBP Manager
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders and work closely with the HR Director to translate
business objectives into actionable workforce plans.
Lead performance management cycles, talent calibration, and high-potential
development to sustain a high-performance culture across all departments.
Act as a primary change agent during organizational shifts to help teams adapt
quickly to new technologies and evolving business models.
Design and execute employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives
specifically tailored to a diverse and agile tech workforce.
Monitor key HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to the HR Director to
proactively address retention, productivity, and workforce trends.
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues while ensuring full
compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify critical skill gaps and optimize team
structures to support the company's rapid growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in HR, including at least 3 years in
a dedicated HRBP or HR Manager role within the tech industry or a fast-growing
industry.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with an HR Director and senior executive
leadership to influence and implement organizational change.
Native-level fluency in Thai and professional proficiency in English to facilitate
effective communication and regional collaboration.
Strategic mindset characterized by high emotional intelligence and the resilience
required to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced fintech environment.
