Senior HRIS Specialist

• Lead HRIS implementation, including business requirements, testing, process readiness, and current system decommissioning.
• Manage HR data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, cutover, and parallel run activities.
• Ensure HR data quality, master-data standards, and seamless integration between HRIS, IFS, and Papaya.
• Translate HR process requirements into system solutions, maintain process documentation, and adapt workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, OneERP, Shared Services, and People & Culture teams to support rollouts and acquisitions.

• 6+ years’ experience in HRIS/ERP business analysis (e.g., Workday, SAP, IFS) and system implementations; University degree in a relevant field
• Proven track record in HR system migrations, legacy system decommissioning, and data reconciliation.
• Strong expertise in HR master data, data quality, integrations, and interface management.
• Ability to bridge HR and IT, translate business requirements into system solutions, and document processes.
• Fluent English required; additional languages and payroll system experience are a plus.

• Compensation

  Basic wage component (gross): 2800 EUR/month

  This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
