(Senior) Human Resources Manager – Learning and Development
Responsibilities:
- Review and enhance the learning & talent development framework and mechanisms in order to ensure robust leadership pipeline and talent pools.
- Develop and implement organizational development initiatives and projects.
- Provide effective learning and development solutions and act as a talent management / organizational development business partner.
- Work closely with University, training organizations, consultants and explore learning resources and solutions proactively.
- Support the procurement process for learning & talent development related initiatives.
- Participate in the periodically review of learning & development policies.
- Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources, psychology, public relations, communications disciplines preferred.
- 4-5 years' relevant experience in L&D, Human Resources of Banking or sizable Mainland Corporations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong at data analysis and report writing.
- Strong sense of ownership. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy / Assistant Human Resources Manager.
