Senior IAM Consultant

Role overview

The senior IAM consultant will be responsible for driving customer engagements, solution implementation, technical consulting, and project delivery activities across multiple IAM initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions.
• Design IAM and CIAM solutions based on customer requirements.
• Configure and implement ForgeRock and Ping Identity products.
• Develop integration strategies for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
• Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Provide technical mentoring to engineers and junior consultants.

Required skills

Hands-on experience with:

• ForgeRock AM / PingAM
• ForgeRock IDM / PingIDM
• ForgeRock DS / PingDirectory
• ForgeRock IG / PingGateway

Strong expertise in:

• SSO
• Federation
• MFA
• Identity lifecycle management
• CIAM

Experience integrating IAM platforms with:

• Web applications
• APIs
• Cloud applications
• Enterprise systems

Knowledge of:

• OAuth2
• OIDC
• SAML
• LDAP
• SCIM

Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and DevOps practices.

Experience

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 3+ years of ForgeRock or Ping Identity implementation experience.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience.
