Senior Industrial Engineer
Job Description:
- Maintain and continuously improve Industrial Engineering standards, including efficiency, HPU, OEE, standard time, capacity models, and manpower requirements.
- Lead capacity planning and management, including capacity assessment, production ramp-up, manpower allocation, and man-machine ratio optimization.
- Analyze manufacturing capacity constraints and develop solutions to optimize equipment, manpower, and production resources.
- Plan and manage CapEx requirements related to capacity expansion and manufacturing improvement projects.
- Develop and optimize factory and production layouts to improve space utilization, material flow, people flow, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to establish standard time and optimize Direct Labor efficiency.
- Plan manufacturing budgets, analyze actual versus budget performance, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Review product standard costs and drive manufacturing cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor manufacturing KPIs including OEE, DL Efficiency, HPU, capacity utilization, cost, and productivity.
- Develop and automate operational KPI reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to improve labor productivity, equipment utilization, capacity, space utilization, and manufacturing cost.
- Coordinate cross-functional capacity ramp-up, layout changes, CapEx, and cost-reduction projects.
- Lead and provide technical guidance to IE Technicians.
- Present project performance, analysis, and recommendations to management.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related Engineering/Science disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of Industrial Engineering / Lean Manufacturing experience, preferably within a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in capacity planning, manpower planning, standard time, OEE, and manufacturing efficiency analysis.
- Hands-on experience in factory layout and production flow optimization.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost analysis, budgeting, cost reduction, and CapEx planning.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; SolidWorks or other 3D design software is an advantage.
- Project management experience is highly preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or related certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.

- Working hours: 40 hours/ week (Mon-Fri)
