- Strong hands-on experience with Infor ERP LN in a technical implementation, technical administration, or advanced system support capacity
- Completion of at least 2 full implementation cycles
- Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix and Oracle databases
- Experience with scripting, automation, or DevOps-related practices
- Familiarity with ITIL or structured support environments
