Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and support mission-critical infrastructure platforms, including servers, storage, virtualization, operating systems, and network equipment for Air Traffic Management (ATM) solutions.
- Develop and maintain solution architecture, technical documentation, Bills of Materials (BoM), design specifications, and test procedures.
- Support system integration, testing, validation, and deployment activities in factory and customer environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Identify technical risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical expertise during customer engagements, design reviews, and training sessions.
- Support bid and proposal activities through infrastructure design, solution sizing, and cost estimation.
- Drive infrastructure automation, standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, and process improvements across the engineering organization.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, security, and operational standards.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex server, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in Linux and Windows Server environments, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Proxmox), and container technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools and practices, including Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, and scripting.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, system integration, testing, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience working in mission-critical, large-scale, or highly regulated environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
- Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP), ATM domain knowledge, and Systems Engineering qualifications are advantageous.
