Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. The role also involves contributing to showroom SOPs, visual merchandising, and exhibition design.

Requirements

· Design and decorate interior spaces based on project requirements and brand guidelines.

· Develop layout plans, colour schemes, lighting concepts, material selections, custom furniture designs, and installation plans.

· Create detailed mood boards, design presentations, and conceptual visuals for client approvals.

· Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, SketchUp Layout, 3ds Max, Illustrator, or similar tools to produce accurate drawings and 3D models.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions effectively.

· Manage overall project timelines, coordination, and execution to ensure high-quality outcomes.

· Formulate and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for showrooms as required.

· Assist in selecting appropriate colour themes and design elements aligned with brand vision.

· Contribute to visual merchandising strategies for exhibitions, including product presentations and booth layouts.

· Engage with clients during exhibitions to explain product offerings and enhance customer experience.

· Conduct competitor research to stay informed about current industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (B.Sc.), B.Arch. or equivalent qualification.

· Proven experience in interior design, showroom design, or visual merchandising.
