Senior Interior Designer（Hospitality / Luxury Hotel ）

Salary: ฿80,000 – ฿100,000 per month

Job Summary（岗位概述）

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in five-star hotels, luxury hospitality projects, and high-end interior design.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hotel interior design, renovation, refurbishment, and project implementation, with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality design standards, materials, construction details, and quality requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing technical drawings, selecting materials, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that design projects are delivered to the required quality standards, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities（主要工作职责）

1. Interior Design & Concept Development（室内设计与方案开发）

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for luxury hotels, hospitality facilities, and high-end commercial properties.

• Prepare design proposals, mood boards, space planning layouts, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.

• Ensure that all designs meet five-star hotel standards, aesthetic requirements, functionality, and operational needs.

• Review and optimize design concepts to balance aesthetics, practicality, construction feasibility, and project budgets.

2. Hotel Renovation & Refurbishment（酒店翻新与改造设计）

• Participate in interior renovation, refurbishment, and upgrading projects for hotels and commercial buildings.

• Develop design solutions for hotel lobbies, guest rooms, corridors, restaurants, lounges, public areas, and other hospitality facilities.

• Assess existing interior conditions and recommend design improvements.

• Ensure renovation designs minimize disruption to ongoing building and hotel operations.

3. Design Documentation & Technical Drawings（设计图纸与技术文件）

• Prepare and review detailed interior design drawings, construction drawings, material specifications, and design documentation.

• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, structural, and engineering teams to ensure design compatibility.

• Review shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and technical details.

• Ensure design documentation complies with applicable building regulations, safety requirements, and project standards.

4. Materials, Finishes & FF&E Selection（材料及家具软装选型）

• Select appropriate interior materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

• Evaluate materials based on quality, durability, aesthetics, maintenance requirements, and cost.

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding samples, specifications, and material approvals.

• Ensure selected materials and finishes meet luxury hospitality quality standards.

5. Project Coordination & Site Supervision（项目协调与现场监督）

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor design implementation, workmanship, and finishing quality.

• Identify design discrepancies and construction issues, and coordinate corrective actions.

• Monitor design-related project milestones and support timely project completion.

• Participate in site meetings, design reviews, and project progress reporting.

6. Quality Control & Design Compliance（设计品质与标准管理）

• Ensure completed works are consistent with approved design concepts, drawings, and specifications.

• Monitor interior finishing quality, detailing, material installation, and overall aesthetic standards.

• Support project inspections, defect identification, rectification, and final handover.

• Maintain high standards of design quality appropriate for luxury and five-star hospitality environments.

Qualifications（任职资格）

Education & Experience（学历与经验）

• Bachelor's degree or above in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably involving luxury hotels or international five-star hospitality projects.

• Proven experience in at least one completed five-star hotel or luxury hospitality interior design project is highly preferred.

• Experience in hotel renovation, refurbishment, or high-end commercial interior projects is an advantage.

• Familiarity with international hotel brand design standards is highly desirable.

Technical Skills（专业技能）

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or other relevant design software.

• Strong knowledge of interior construction drawings, materials, finishes, FF&E, and construction detailing.

• Good understanding of hotel interior design requirements, lighting, space planning, and functionality.

• Ability to coordinate design implementation with contractors and technical teams.

• Strong attention to detail, design quality, and project deadlines.

• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Good command of Thai and working proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications（优先考虑条件）

• Experience working with internationally recognized hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor, IHG, or other luxury hospitality groups.

• Experience with five-star hotel guest room, lobby, restaurant, and public area design.

• Previous experience with reputable hospitality design consultancies, architectural firms, or hotel development companies.

• Experience coordinating interior design projects from concept development through construction and final handover.

• A strong professional portfolio demonstrating completed luxury hotel or hospitality design projects.
