Job Summary

System Engineer to support Video Operation.

Job Description

- System implementation and operations engineer for VDO Service Paltform.

- Maintanance system for VDO platform, AIS Play, AIS play box, CDN, Inhoue-platfrom, VIMMI platform and AR/VR platform.

- System monitoring and problem solving for handling customer complaints.

- Support NOC which is our 1st-tier team for 24hr during on call period.

- System integration test and prove that the software meets major architectural requirements.

- Service improvement and capacity expansion find or create key perfornamce indicator services.

Desired qualifications

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related area.

- 3 years' experience in system & application support

- Knowledge of OS Linux, Unix, Windows

- Knowledge of Cloud, VMware, AWS Cloud, Azure cloud

- Knowledge of programming in JAVA, C+, PHP, shell script , RESTful API , Node.js, Python

- Knowledge of database systems in MySQL, NoSQL databases, Mongo DB
