Senior IT Consultant – Order to Cash & Business Intelligence / Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• End‑to‑end process ownership for the Order‑to‑Cash process (order entry, order processing, delivery, billing, and accounts receivable) and Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), including process design, system integration, and continuous improvement
• Consulting and collaboration with the Stakeholders (Business Owners and Process Owners) for End-to-end processes and to gather, analyze, and implement future requirements in SAP ECC and DWH / BI systems
• Configuration and optimization of BI solutions (SAP BW, Power BI)
• Advising business departments (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance) on process‑related and system‑related topics
• Translating business requirements into SAP solutions, including customizing, functional specifications, testing, and change management
• Support and optimization of SAP modules in the O2C context (SD, LE, Billing, FI‑AR)
• Ensuring data quality and governance in relevant systems
• Ensuring seamless integration of adjacent processes, especially Finance (FI/CO), Logistics, and connected third‑party systems
• IT ownership for audits and compliance topics, especially in the area of SOX and IT controls
• Training and enablement of business departments for optimal system usage
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including global functions and external service providers

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as an SAP Consultant, Process Manager, or Application Consultant in the Order‑to‑Cash domain （understanding to this process SD MOUDLE）
• Strong expertise in SAP SD and solid knowledge of adjacent modules (FI‑AR, CO, MM, LE)
• Profound understanding of end‑to‑end business processes (Order‑to‑Cash)
• Hands‑on experience with SAP customizing, testing, change and release management
• Experience in BI and analytics environments, ideally including:
• Power BI (data modeling, measures, dashboards)
• SAP BW or comparable data‑warehouse solutions
• Solid understanding of data models, KPIs, and business metrics
• Experience working in project environments (classical and/or agile)
• Experience with SOX compliance and IT audit processes is a plus
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communication skills and high service orientation
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. German language skills are a plus
