Senior IT Executive

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain information technology strategies and policies of the company
• Develop and manage network security strategies and policies based on company policy and relevant laws that enhance secure working and protection of data
• Representing the company's best in class IT solutions to meet organization requirements
• Planning and implementation of software and hardware solutions for organization systems and software
• Oversee company’s IT assets and procurement (with min 3 quotations)
• Oversee office network management, and deal with common network problems
• Responsible for the preparing and updating of technical documents within the team, and provide technical trainings to the teams
• Setup and maintain infrastructure like backup (Acronis); disaster recovery setup
• Setup and maintain cloud computing technologySetup and maintain BIM 360 and other Autodesk products e.g. Revit, AutoCAD etc.
• Revamp/ improve company websites and intranet
• Participate in IT-related projects and perform any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 3 years of working experience
• Specialize in IT related troubleshooting, system setup, upgrading and maintenance
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Windows, MS Server, MacOS and related Hardware etc.
• Able to maintain normal day-to-day operation of multiple application systems
• Hands-on with new IT systems and applications implementations
