Senior IT Executive
About the role
IT Executive, Senior/AM role responsible for monitoring infrastructure, networks and systems performance, capacity, and reliability, implementing proactive improvements. This position oversees critical IT infrastructure and security operations, serving as the escalation point for complex infrastructure or cloud-related incidents.
Key responsibilities
Monitor infrastructure, networks and systems performance, capacity, and reliability, implementing proactive improvements
Maintain and secure network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, routing, switching, and wireless)
Manage and optimize virtualization server environments (VMWare, HCI)
Oversee Windows Server and Active Directory administration, including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Manage backup, restoration, replication and disaster recovery
Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures
Implement and enforce infrastructure and cloud security standards
Ensure compliance with internal policies, IT audit requirements, and external regulations
Maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation, configurations, and asset inventories
Coordinate with cybersecurity teams for vulnerability management and incident response
About you
Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and related field
Strong in networking and IT systems troubleshooting and configuration
Excellent administration of Linux, Windows, VM, and cloud platforms
Good interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and writing
Minimum five years of working experience as system/network engineer or related field
Experience in ERP system support
Experience in managing IT Security
Able to travel and work outside office hours if required
