Senior IT Operations Engineer - Retail

Key Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot and resolve POS operational issues.

2. Coordinate system releases, bug fixes, service packs, and updates.

3. Support store openings/setup, promotional activities, end-user training, and data synchronization.

4. Assist with stock count preparation, data validation, and end-user training.

5. Collaborate with business and technical teams on new projects and initiatives.

6. Work with key stakeholders to develop and continuously improve IT support processes.

7. Liaise with system vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.

Requirements

1. 3–5 years of relevant IT operations/maintenance experience in the retail industry.

2. 2. Degree not required; Candidates must be fluent in English and Cantonese.

3. 3. Hands-on experience in retail POS system maintenance and support.
