Senior IT Specialist

Job Descriptions:
Manage servers, networks, firewalls, cloud infrastructure, and ERP systems to ensure secure and reliable operations.

Administer VPNs, Wi-Fi, cybersecurity controls, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.

Oversee IT assets, hardware procurement, system upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure efficient helpdesk operations.

Lead IT projects, vendor coordination, budgeting, and technology improvement initiatives.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT , or related field (preferred).

Strong experience in infrastructure, networking and system administration.

Knowledge of cyber security, cloud and enterprise systems.

Experience in trouble shooting and user support.

Ability to manage vendors and IT projects.

Good communication and problem solving skills.
