Description
My client, a growing IT services business based in South-West London, is looking to recruit a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their expanding team.
This is a hands-on technical role for an experienced engineer who can hit the ground running, take ownership of complex escalations and build strong client relationships. You'll play a key role in resolving challenging issues, delivering infrastructure projects and ensuring clients receive an excellent level of support.
As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will:
You'll be an experienced IT engineer with strong troubleshooting skills, a practical approach to problem-solving and the confidence to manage client-facing situations.
You'll thrive in a flat, collaborative team where everyone rolls up their sleeves, takes responsibility and gets involved. You'll be comfortable making decisions, taking ownership and seeing problems through to resolution.
If you're the engineer clients and colleagues turn to when complex technical issues arise, and you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
