Salary: £40,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong, demonstrable experience with Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Azure administration experience
- High-level Microsoft 365 support and administration
- Microsoft Copilot and wider 365 knowledge
- Experience working within an IT support environment, with MSP experience preferred
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
- Confidence to troubleshoot complex issues and take ownership
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Experience with Halo PSA, Power Apps, Power Automate, or wider networking knowledge is an advantage
- Take ownership of more complex first, second, and third line issues
- Act as an escalation point for the wider team
- Lead on Microsoft-centric support and projects
- Support customers and help resolve technical challenges
