Senior Java Analyst Developer / Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant and Senior Developer, you will drive integration of a cloud-based, microservices-driven wealth management platform for global financial clients. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to map client needs to product capabilities and deliver solutions, with hands-on development when needed. This role offers a path toward architecture or development management within a fintech-focused environment. You’ll balance client workshops, technical consulting, and engineering work from a London-based hub with remote flexibility.

• Understand and translate client requirements into technical solutions
• Lead business and technology workshops with clients
• Map requirements to product capabilities and identify gaps
• Propose and deliver solution designs for gaps in functionality
• Undertake development to deliver functionalities when required
• Assist with integration of software into client environments and educate clients on product usage

• 8+ years of full-stack experience including digital applications and microservices
• Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• UI experience with React, Ember, JavaScript or HTML
• Cloud experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and databases (Relational and NoSQL)
• Messaging (RabbitMQ) and repository (Bitbucket) experience; Helm Charts favorable
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and integration techniques
