Job Description

In a regulated banking context with high performance and reliability stakes, we are looking for a Java Back-End Developer to strengthen a team in charge of the development and maintenance of critical applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java Back-End applications in a banking context.
• Participate in the functional and technical evolution of payment/electronic payment systems.
• Implement reliable and high-performance processing for sensitive transactional flows.
• Contribute to technical design, feature breakdown, and solution selection.
• Perform unit tests and participate in integration testing.
• Analyze and correct incidents or anomalies in production.
• Work in collaboration with business, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
• Comply with security, quality, and compliance standards specific to the banking sector.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Java Back-End development.
• Proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot and service-oriented architectures.
• Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) and SQL.
• Experience in electronic payment / payment systems (card flows, ISO 8583, authorizations, clearing, etc.) is highly appreciated.
• Sensitivity to performance, security, and high-availability issues.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and development best practices (testing, clean code).
• Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
• Fluent English required (written and spoken).
• You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5).
