About the Role We are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Java Backend Developer to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot mission-critical backend applications. You will be responsible for resolving complex production issues, implementing new features, improving system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex backend application issues. Design, develop, test, and deploy new application enhancements and change requests. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable Java code. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Refactor and modernize legacy applications to improve performance and maintainability. Collaborate with QA, Product Managers, and Frontend Developers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Optimize SQL queries and database performance. Requirements
Minimum
2–3 years of professional experience
in Java backend development. Strong hands-on experience with
Java . Good experience working with
SQL databases . Experience with
ReactJS
and/or
NodeJS . Knowledge of RESTful APIs, debugging, and production support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills
Experience performing root cause analysis and resolving production incidents. Familiarity with code reviews and software development best practices. Experience maintaining or modernizing legacy applications is an advantage. How to Apply:
