Senior Java Backend Engineer - Automotive OTA & Telemetry

OXI S.r.L. in Piemonte seeks an experienced Senior Java Engineer to build backend infrastructure for offboard automotive solutions, focusing on vehicle diagnostics and OTA update mechanisms.

You will develop scalable Java/Spring services, manage cloud infrastructure for secure OTA deployments, and validate data flows with CANoe against simulated vehicle endpoints.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive backend software and strong expertise in cloud platforms and CI/CD.

Develop scalable backend services and API architectures using Java/Spring. Implement offboard diagnostics systems to process vehicle telemetry data. Manage cloud infrastructure for secure, reliable offboard Over-the-Air (OTA) updates. Utilize CANoe environments to test backend API interactions with simulated vehicle endpoints. Minimum 5 years in backend software engineering (Automotive domain). Core Java development: Java, Spring Framework / Spring Boot, RESTful API Design and Development, Microservices Architecture, Maven / Gradle, JUnit, Integration Testing.
