Senior Java Developer (AI, Microservices, Azure/AWS)

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with practical AI exposure to build scalable Java services with strong reliability standards. You will shape microservices, REST APIs, and cloud deployments on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services while collaborating across product and engineering. Responsibilities

• Design scalable technical platforms aligned with strategic goals and engineering quality standards
• Contribute technical input in architecture discussions to help shape project roadmaps
• Coordinate with business, product, and technology teams to keep delivery on track and maintain quality
• Review peer code and provide actionable feedback to reinforce sustainable engineering practices
• Troubleshoot complex engineering problems, uncover root causes, and drive durable fixes
• Guide and mentor junior developers with practical support to grow their skills and autonomy
• Refine project scope, assess effort, and help prepare schedules and estimates
• Assess emerging technologies and adopt approaches that improve day-to-day engineering work
• Document key design decisions and workflows in a clear, maintainable way
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate goals into clear requirements and aligned delivery outcomes

Requirements

• Proven professional experience of 3+ years in a similar software engineering role
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and frameworks that enhance application design
• Strong knowledge of Java Core and object-oriented programming principles
• Demonstrated use of Java 8 features in production-grade development
• Practical experience with Spring Boot to build and maintain backend services
• Background running applications in Microsoft Azure cloud environments
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services for deploying and managing cloud solutions
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts supporting automated build and release pipelines
• Strong SQL skills for modeling and querying data in relational databases
• Demonstrated delivery experience with microservices architecture
• Practical ability to implement REST APIs and integrate external REST-based services
• Good understanding of unit testing practices to keep code stable and high quality
• Exposure to NoSQL databases that integrate well with Java applications
• Fluent English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
