Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable technical solutions aligned with company goals and engineering constraints
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide input that guides project direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep delivery on schedule and aligned with quality expectations
• Review peer code and provide constructive feedback to reinforce strong engineering standards
• Resolve complex technical issues that arise across the development lifecycle
• Mentor junior engineers by sharing knowledge that strengthens skills and confidence
• Support planning activities by helping define scope and providing reliable effort estimates
• Monitor technology trends and introduce practical improvements into everyday work
• Document key technical decisions and processes to support long-term maintainability
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to clarify objectives and ensure deliveries match commitments

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of directly relevant, hands-on experience in a comparable technical position
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools and frameworks to enhance solution architecture practices
• Strong knowledge of Java Core fundamentals and solid object-oriented programming skills
• Proven ability to apply Java 8 features in real, production project work
• Practical experience using Spring Boot to design and maintain backend architecture
• Experience working in cloud environments built on the Microsoft Azure platform
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services to plan and execute cloud deployments
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles that enable dependable automated release pipelines
• Competence with SQL for structuring and querying relational databases
• Established background designing systems aligned with Microservice Architecture best practices
• Applied experience building and consuming REST-based API solutions
• Solid understanding of Unit Testing techniques to keep code quality consistently high
• Exposure to NoSQL database technologies that integrate well with Java projects
• Good English communication skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
