Lead the technical delivery of enterprise-grade applications as a hands-on Senior Java Developer: build with Java, Spring Boot and TypeScript, own the technical roadmap, drive release quality, and integrate real-time, enterprise-scale systems. Remote role with occasional visits to North Yorkshire.
In this role you will lead the technical delivery of enterprise-grade Java applications, focusing on Java, Spring Boot and TypeScript. You’ll shape development practices, drive efficiency and release quality, and introduce new technologies. You will own the roadmap and collaborate with global teams to align solutions with business needs. The position offers remote work with occasional visits to North Yorkshire in a growing global business with a strong work-life balance.

- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Java and Spring Boot
- TypeScript
- Full stack development and systems integration background
- REST APIs
- PostgreSQL or similar databases
- Manage containerised deployments – Docker
- DevOps practices / CI/CD pipelines
- Desirable: ERP Integrations, IoT Platforms, Telematics systems, Azure, Real-time data, event-driven architecture
- Relevant professional certifications and education would be desirable
