- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to handle large and complex datasets
- Familiar with micro service architecture (API gateway, identity service, tracing, logging, alerting)
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work across the entire stack/lifecycle, while liaising with stakeholders (internal and external).
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, contributing to the team's overall success
- Measuring impact for quality improvement and implementation of service improvement measures
- At least 4 years of experience in core Java concepts (e.g., OOP, multithreading, data structures)
- Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to comprehend and analyze technical documentation effectively.
