Senior Java Developer
Summary
Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot applications, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating in sprints and improving performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, evolve, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Identify bugs and propose continuous improvements and enhancements
- Actively participate in Development Sprints
- Collaborate with the team to improve performance and scalability
- Support the support team and quality assurance (QA)
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java 11+ and Spring Boot
- Development and integration of RESTful APIs
- Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle)
- Experience with Docker for development and application deployment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
- Knowledge of automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, or similar)
- Mastery of development and architecture best practices, including SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture
- Use of AI tools applied to development (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Kiro, Antigravity, or similar)
