- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Java Developer,
- experience building and maintaining REST APIs and backend applications,
- practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar,
- experience designing or implementing AI agents or agent-based workflows,
- familiarity with modern AI frameworks and technologies, such as LangGraph, FastMCP, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or similar,
- practical experience applying AI to improve software development, automation, or business applications,
- ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- good communication skills in English (min. B2).
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:
- experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
- iInterest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
