Senior Java Full-stack developer (Spring & Angular)

NTT DATA Romania is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a JVM-focused team delivering scalable SaaS platforms. You will analyze and implement technical and functional requirements and contribute to continuous improvement in a mixed agile team of designers, developers and testers.

The role emphasizes Java development with Spring Boot and Angular, microservices, and strong unit testing. You will collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure quality, performance and reliability across the platform.

Develop microservices and integrate with the existing platform Apply new technologies to improve software quality and performance Define technical specifications and contribute to architectural decisions Create and maintain technical documentation Design and implement applications with Spring Boot and Angular for scalable, fault-tolerant systems Collaborate with testing to ensure functionality, performance and reliability Work with Agile Scrum teams to ensure efficient delivery University degree in software engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in a similar role Strong experience with Java and modern client-side frameworks such as Angular Solid understanding of Java and Spring/Spring Boot Experience with Microservice architecture Experience with unit testing and test automation Experience with Maven or similar build tools Analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills in a fast-paced environment Collaborative and Agile team player Excellent verbal and written communication in English
