🚀 Senior Functional Analyst / Java Architect (Hybrid Madrid)

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with experience in Java environments and application architecture to join a stable project, working on the definition of solutions, functional analysis, and technical support for development teams.

What you'll do

• Analyze and transform business needs into technological solutions.
• Define user stories, functional requirements, and project documentation.
• Design functional flows, process diagrams, and traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with development teams in the definition of architectures and technical solutions.
• Participate in the planning, estimation, and prioritization of initiatives.
• Design test cases and validate functional deliverables.
• Ensure the quality and correct evolution of critical applications.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Functional Analyst or Technical Functional Analyst.
• Previous background as a Java developer.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Communication and coordination skills with business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of architecture and complex systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Retail sector.
• Knowledge of Payment Methods.
• High level of English.

What you'll get
