Join an established Interior Architecture & Design Studio as a Sales Consultant handling HDB, Condo, Landed & Commercial projects. Drive sales by managing client enquiries, preparing proposals, and collaborating with design teams to close renovation projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage genuine client enquiries to identify renovation needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals to support client decision-making
- Follow up consistently with clients to close renovation projects successfully
- Develop and expand your own leads and customer network to increase sales opportunities
- Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client management and negotiation
- Independently manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high service standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably within renovation or interior design sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills demonstrated in client interactions
- Positive attitude with proven ability to follow up persistently and close deals
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
- Existing renovation client network is advantageous
- Strong interest in sales and motivation for earning potential
