A leading provider of professional testing, inspection, engineering, environmental, and consulting services across the U.S. Serving public and private sector clients, It supports infrastructure and development projects in transportation, commercial, water, government, education, and industrial markets with a focus on quality, safety, and technical excellence.

Salary: PHP 250,000.00 - PHP 450,000.00

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years’ experience in AI/ML engineering with production deployments
  

• Proven experience leading teams or managing delivery
  

• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  

• Hands-on experience in LLMs, GenAI, RAG, embeddings, APIs
  

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable ML infrastructure
  

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  

Nice to have:

• 7+ Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
  

• Background in NLP, computer vision, or time series
  

• Experience with AI orchestration or multi-agent systems
  

What You’ll Be Working On:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI/ML solutions in production environments
  

• Own architecture decisions across LLM applications (RAG, embeddings, vector databases, APIs)
  

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to engineering teams
  

• Translate business requirements into technical execution and scalable solutions
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  

• Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices
  

• Oversee MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and reliability
  

• Stay hands-on: prototype, troubleshoot, and support development when necessary
