- 5+ years of professional software development experience, including experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong commercial experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Extensive experience building modern applications with React.js and TypeScript.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive web development.
- Strong experience working with AWS services in production environments.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native development.
- Strong experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
- Solid experience with SQL, relational databases, and performance optimization.
- Experience with frontend testing using Jest and React Testing Library.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern frontend build tooling.
- Proven ability to design software architecture, drive technical decisions, and take ownership of complex technical initiatives.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions across teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with distributed teams.
Optional
- Experience with Kafka or other event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of Hadoop or Apache Spark.
- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience with Redux, Zustand, or similar state management solutions.
- Previous experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences projects.
