At Infopro Learning, we design learning that drives real performance, not just completion rates. We’re looking for a Senior Learning Experience Architect who is equal parts expert instructional designer, thoughtful mentor, and pragmatic problem-solver.
This role is for someone who still loves doing the work. You will personally design and build high-quality learning solutions while guiding a small team of instructional designers to do their best work. You’ll use Infopro’s Intelligent Design Framework (IDF), modern authoring tools, and Gen AI to create learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and directly aligned to business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Designing & Building Learning Solutions
Lead end-to-end instructional design using Infopro’s Intelligent Design Framework
Create learning strategies, design documents, content outlines, storyboards, scripts, and build-ready assets
Develop eLearning, microlearning, blended programs, simulations, and performance support tools
Use Gen AI thoughtfully to accelerate content creation, iteration, and personalization
Partner with subject matter experts to extract knowledge and turn it into actionable learning
Leading and Mentoring a Small Design Team
Guide and mentor instructional designers through day-to-day work
Review storyboards, scripts, and built output, providing clear, constructive feedback
Coach team members through regular 1:1s to strengthen skills and confidence
Model strong design thinking, communication, and problem-solving habits
Help manage workload and timelines to ensure consistent quality delivery
Consulting and Shaping Learning Strategy
Conduct learning needs analysis and job-task analysis when required
Design learning approaches aligned to business goals and measurable outcomes
Recommend the right mix of modalities based on context, audience, and constraints
Contribute learning expertise to proposals and solution scoping conversations
Quality, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement
Apply quality standards across the full design and development lifecycle
Stay current on emerging learning technologies, AI tools, and industry practices
Experiment with new approaches that improve efficiency and learner impact
Contribute to the evolution of internal design practices and standards
What You Bring
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
8–12 years of hands-on instructional design and learning development experience
Deep command of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
Proven ability to independently create high-quality storyboards, scripts, and learning content
Strong learning strategy and performance consulting skills
Experience mentoring or leading small teams of instructional designers
Advanced, hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise
Working knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM standards
Strong proficiency with common business tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Demonstrated expertise using Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for learning design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality
Nice to Have
Experience designing simulations or scenario-based learning
Visual design or multimedia production knowledge
Familiarity with learning analytics or reporting
Background in change management or performance consulting
Experience working in global, client-facing environments
