Responsibilities

• Advise Management on contracts, transactions and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal agreements.
• Oversee statutory filings, licences, permits and compliance.
• Manage corporate insurance and company property documentation.
• Support corporate governance and company secretarial functions.
• Manage legal disputes and external solicitors.

Requirements

• LL.B. and qualification to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria.
• 8–10 years’ post-call experience.
• Oil & Gas, engineering, construction or marine industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in contract management, compliance and corporate governance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
