Job Description

Senior Licensed Insurance Sales Producer: 100% Remote

HIGH STANDARDS. REAL REWARDS. NO APOLOGIES.

You already know how to sell. You’ve proven it somewhere else. The question is whether your current seat pays you what you’re worth.

The job is selling. Nothing else.

No book to service. No renewals to chase. No claims calls. You work a shared lead pipeline that we keep investing in, and your day is built around one cycle: dial, discover, quote, bundle, close, refer, repeat.

Every household gets a complete look (auto, home, umbrella, boat, motorcycle, ATV) and the exposures nobody else thought to ask about. We don’t want you burning through leads. We want you maximizing every opportunity.

This seat is built for proven producers who want to reach and sustain 100–150+ qualifying new-business items a month. Qualifying production counts new-business items only.

Protected First. Priced Right.

We find the right protection, apply every available discount, then work to win the business with

an attractive rate. Coverage comes first. Price comes second.

What you’ll earn

A $20/hour starting base, rising $1/hour each year. On top of it: uncapped commission that steps up as your monthly production grows, reaching 18% on qualifying bundled premium at

120+ items a month, plus referral, specialty-line, and Life bonuses.

Write 200 qualifying new-business items in your first 90 days and earn a $2,500 Fast Start Bonus.

For industry context, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the highest-paid 10% of employed insurance sales agents earned more than $138,140 annually in May 2025. That is a national industry benchmark, not an earnings projection for this position. (BLS Occupational Outlook Handbook, bls.gov/ooh/sales/insurance-sales-agents.htm)

Your compensation depends on your production and on the written plan’s qualifying-business, commission, and bonus rules. Actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.

What we need from you

A verifiable, sustained track record. We want what you’ve consistently produced, not one career-best month. Bring the receipts. We verify later in the interview process, and we never need customer information.

You need an active P&C or Personal Lines producer license in at least one U.S. state. Allstate experience is welcome but not required. If you’ve proven you can produce somewhere else, we want to talk. Alaska licensing must be added through NIPR before your start date.

Core schedule is 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Alaska time, Monday through Friday, including a one-hour lunch/renewal break. In Mountain time that is 10:30 AM–7:30 PM and in Pacific time 9:30 AM–6:30 PM. In Hawaii it is 6:30 AM–3:30 PM during daylight saving time and 7:30 AM–4:30

PM the rest of the year. This schedule is not flexible.

What you get from us

We role-play every day. Not because people are bad at their job, because the best in the world practice more than anyone else. Expect daily coaching, AI call analyses and customized role-play. Great producers don’t come here because they think they’ve finished learning.

We’ll give you leads, technology and coaching. We’ll give you a compensation structure built to reward strong production. What we won’t give you is the production. That’s the part you bring.

Think you’re that producer? Good. Show us.
