Working Pattern: 2 days in-office and 3 days remote.

About the Role
The Senior Manager, Account Executive Operations is responsible for the implementation of configuration for the international systems within Capital One’s Global Payment Network. This role also owns the risk and control framework for key operational processes, such as settlement. This individual will manage a team of direct reports and will also be responsible for non-associate labour resources
This position requires an innovative and creative leader who will lead strong subject matter experts and will also act as an advocate across functions for the team's goals.
Excellent management and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information to constituents at all levels, are critical. An individual in this position will also demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset including the ability to streamline manual work within a team. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating across the team that will deliver superior results for internal and external partners. Develops and coaches' teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk.
What you’ll do.
Directs and manages daily workflow to provide premier internal and external partner support and manages escalations.
Provides oversight to continuous improvement of risk management, including audits and controls for settlement processes.
Manages a team, display a passion for developing their team through their leadership style
Plans and prepares team schedules and assigns projects, tasks, and assignments.
Monitors team performance to ensure goals and deadlines are met, company policies are followed, and company initiatives are supported.
What we’re looking for
People Leadership experience; including direct management
Experience within the financial services or payments industry especially within Settlement and system configuration
Experience in developing procedures, assessing risks, and deploying controls to mitigate financial or regulatory risks for operational activities.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights.
Proven ability to define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with solid teamwork skills; proven ability to drive results by working across functions
Strong organizational skills, and focus on achieving both short and long term goals
Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent position based in our Farnborough office.
We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend two days a week in the office.
