Senior Manager Commercial Strategy and Enterprise Offering Unified Commerce

You will own the end-to-end enterprise offering for global and domestic omnichannel customers. You will define commercial strategy and product direction, package and scale the offering, develop customer insights, influence product roadmaps, lead commercialization and go-to-market execution, and enable commercial teams to position and sell the offering.

Responsibilities

• Define the long- and short-term commercial value proposition
• Package, bundle, and scale the enterprise offering across verticals and regions
• Anticipate market and regulatory shifts
• Build customer relationships to inform strategy and go-to-market execution
• Translate customer feedback into data-driven recommendations
• Partner with Product Leadership to inform roadmap priorities
• Drive commercialization and go-to-market execution
• Lead product deep-dives and vision-selling with key customers
• Enable global commercial teams to position and sell the offering

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience spanning commercial, strategy, and product roles
• Experience in in-person payments
• Experience building direct customer relationships
• Ability to synthesize global customer and market feedback into actionable insights
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial narratives
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence decisions without direct authority
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complexity
