The Senior Manager - Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) at Qiddiya Investment Company will lead the CAFM system strategy, implementation, and operational management across Qiddiya’s diverse portfolio of assets. This role is crucial in ensuring streamlined facility management processes through effective utilization of CAFM technology, enabling improved asset management, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency.
Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior Manager EAM/CAFM specialist with the responsibility of ensuring the EAM/CAFM system configuration and readiness within the asset class in line with the handover stage and into the FM operations of the building’s assets.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the IT and technology team to ensure CAFM system activation in all its functions and modules, ready for deployment prior to site handover.
- Assets data architecture: work closely with the development and IT team to ensure the master assets register is uploaded into the CAFM system by location and asset type.
- Ensure the readiness of the preventive maintenance strategy and that assets are scheduled according to the assets’ O&M manuals.
- Take a key part in the handover process of all asset classes delivered to the asset management team.
- Closely monitor failed and backlog tickets and escalate accordingly.
- Performance monitoring: SLA’s and KPI’s dashboard providing live data updates over deliverables and performance.
- CAFM system integration with existing systems as needed.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports. Deliver the performance scoring mechanism in relation to the SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Ensure all EAM/CAFM system data is accurate and that the system is always fully operational.
- Maintain close coordination with the IT system division and operational principles.
- Monitor emergencies and escalate as appropriate.
- Ensure system enhancements and patches are deployed in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management with significant exposure to CAFM systems.
- Proven experience in CAFM system implementation, management, and optimization (e.g., IBM Maximo, Archibus, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of facilities management processes and maintenance workflows.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports for operational improvements.
- Experience working in large, complex organizations, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is preferred.
