Senior Manager, Consulting Services
The Strategic Analytics & Adoption team is seeking an experienced people manager to lead a team of Adoption Managers who play a critical role in maximizing customer and caregiver value. This manager will lead and deliver core organizational initiatives and will be responsible for the oversight, leadership, and development of Adoption Managers to meet team and organizational goals. Responsible for managing the three main pillars of a practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management and sales enablement. Has profit and loss responsibility or financial/expense management of practice.
This position will manage financials, operations, and other capital for complex projects based on contract terms, sales and and client management/oversite, and propose resolution strategies for project risks, escalating as appropriate. As a leader on the team, they will analyze and report to internal and external client stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved. Adoption Consulting engagements drive increase in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and adoption.
This manager will use their communication skill to create alignment with internal and external stakeholders. They will have strong business acumen and ensure financial targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the practice’s operational and financial performance, including key metrics, revenue growth, customer retention, and overall business results.
- Set and maintain the strategic direction of the practice while ensuring high-quality consulting delivery and strong client referenceability.
- Ensure client and internal team deliverables are completed on time and meet established quality standards.
- Partner with SAA leadership and operations teams to define and execute short- and long-term business goals.
- Ensure adherence to operational policies, organizational standards, and established best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen efficiency, service quality, and business performance.
- Develop and execute plans that support operational policies and achievement of the business plan.
- Manage and grow an assigned revenue stream and customer portfolio.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on moderately complex client engagements, working with key stakeholders to resolve issues and support successful outcomes.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of Adoption Managers.
- Establish, monitor, and reinforce performance expectations tied to organizational best practices and measurable outcomes.
- Manage, coach, and develop individual contributors.
- Support associate growth through regular feedback, career development, and performance management.
- Stay current on company priorities, industry developments, market trends, and emerging best practices.
- Dedicate approximately 25% of each quarter to Adoption Manager responsibilities, including project management for analytics-driven client education initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Eight or more years of experience relevant to the position, including at least four years of consulting experience.
- At least two years of project management and people management or leadership experience.
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, engage, mobilize, and motivate multiple teams to achieve shared goals.
- Relevant product, technology, or industry expertise aligned with the practice’s area of focus.
- Ability and willingness to travel as business needs require.
Clearance Requirement
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,500 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
