About the Job:
Oversee the design process to ensure all projects adhere to the highest quality of designs.
Review architectural submissions for 'look and feel' items within the delivery stage, protect the design intent,
and ensure that purchasers receive what they have purchased to ensure alignment with the design intent.
Review design submissions for technical and commercial compliance during the design stage, and lead value
engineering exercises to achieve target budgets to ensure that all design submissions comply with technical
and commercial requirements.
Operate within the stipulated framework to maintain legal and ethical standards and ensure compliance with
required DHRE regulatory framework and corporate governance.
Lead and manage all aspects of the design process to ensure that all technical procedures meet approved
corporate operational design objectives.
Review the preparation of project-specific design briefs that reflect project intent and objectives.
Manage consultants and ensure that risks are mitigated, and senior management is informed of any changes.
Provide regular feedback on project status, risks and approved feasibility to ensure that design goals are
being met.
Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including liaising with stakeholder partners and key business
affiliates.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, processes and controls of project design activities at all levels.
About You:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate Development, or related field.
6-8 years of experience in design management within real estate or project development.
Experience managing projects from concept to implementation stages.
Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
