Senior Manager
- Provide overarching leadership for a highly complex, large-scale program or a portfolio of multiple business units/hubs, managing large inventory scale and diverse operational teams.
- Own the rolling 6-to-12-monthoperational roadmap; executing 3-6 month tactical plans (staffing, capacity)and >6 month strategic plans (automation investments, footprint shaping, contract renewals).
- Drive organizational design and talent management, structuring teams to scale effectively and building robust succession plans for the management bench.
- Lead business strategy execution, including leading major commercial negotiations, driving contract renewals, and managing high-stakes customer relationships.
- Direct P&L ownership of significant revenue portfolios (e.g., SGD 10M+), executing margin expansion strategies and strict cost maintenance to yearly aligned targets.
- Build business cases, calculate ROI, and recommend Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) investments for major facility upgrades, MHE, and automation (subject to depreciation guidelines).
- Serve as the overall site lead for holistic workplace safety, risk management, and business continuity planning (BCP).
- Direct major Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) that require cross-functional alignment across Engineering, IT, and Commercial teams.
