Your mission
As a Senior Manager, Employer Branding, you will be responsible for managing key client and partner accounts, driving engagement through both online and in-person channels. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening UiPath's employer brand by building meaningful relationships with clients and partners.
What you'll do at UiPath
Manage and nurture relationships with clients and partners, serving as their primary point of contact
Develop and execute engagement strategies across online platforms and in-person events
Plan, coordinate, and represent UiPath at industry events, conferences, and partner gatherings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align employer branding initiatives with business objectives
Monitor and report on account health, engagement metrics, and branding impact
Create compelling content and communications to strengthen client and partner relationships
What you'll bring to the team
Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, employer branding, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Proven experience managing client and partner relationships
Experience planning and participating in online and in-person events
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Nice to have
Experience in the technology or SaaS industry
Familiarity with employer branding tools and platforms
Background in marketing, communications, or public relations
