Senior Manager
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for insurance and reinsurance entities.
- Ensure accurate posting of journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Drive timely and accurate financial close processes.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis.
- Prepare statutory and management reports in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Support preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Handle premium, claims, and commission accounting.
- Manage reinsurance treaties, ceded and assumed transactions, and related settlements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within R2R.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
- Education: CA/CPA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in Finance & Accounts with at least 3 years in Insurance/Reinsurance domain.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP, insurance accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
