Senior Manager

Professionals in this group are responsible for monitoring the scrum processes and scrum meetings. They increase team efficiency, motivate their team, and argue for changes that ensure quality and timeliness. The projects may consist of multiple Agile teams and require integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams.

They support the product owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance. They define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management.
