Senior Manager, Gas Distribution Construction/Maintenance (DOT) V Assignment

Primary Purpose
Shapes regional strategies for infrastructure development and maintenance, overseeing governance frameworks and performance metrics. Guides adoption of advanced technologies and ensures alignment with regulatory and corporate objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Shapes the long-term strategic vision for infrastructure growth, resilience, and modernization across all gas distribution territories.
• Leads regulatory strategy for major construction programs, including rate-case filings and cost recovery mechanisms.
• Oversees construction governance to ensure execution consistency, risk management, and compliance across regions.
• Develops, approves, and manages budgets to support work plans and ensure operational performance and compliance.
• Oversees field strategies for complex or high-risk construction sites, such as those near critical infrastructure.
• Leads multi-year gas infrastructure investment planning with cross-functional teams to support regulatory and operational goals.
• Develops and maintains relationships with regulatory bodies and other key stakeholders to promote partnerships regarding permitting, restoration, and general field construction work.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
