This is your opportunity to join a world-class Corporate Human Resources team at Hilton, a global leader in hospitality. As a Senior Manager, HR Consulting, you won't just manage processes. You aren't just managing HR—you are architecting the people strategy for a global powerhouse. Reporting to the Director, HR Consulting, you will bridge the gap between high-level business goals and ground-level execution, ensuring that every talent initiative fuels Hilton's growth.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Align HR plans and initiatives with the business' strategic and operating goals.
  • Develop organizational development plans with business partners, including workforce planning, leadership capability building, talent management, performance management, and organizational planning.
  • Implement special projects to support business need and implement Human Resources procedures including managing HR cyclical processes for your clients.
  • Identify, manage, and execute HR solutions that support global high-volume, operationally complex, customer-facing strategy.
  • Manage status updates and build strategic creative presentations aimed at informing and engaging key partners.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent analytics initiatives to support the global organizational structure or job changes in alignment with the talent strategy.
  • Ensure positive partnerships with HR Center of Excellence (COE) groups, including Benefits, Compensation, Team Member Relations, Learning and Development, Recruiting, and HR Analytics to provide client solutions.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance departments.
  • Support corporate and volume partners regarding organizational structure or job changes, applying your analytical experience to make recommendations on talent management, succession, attrition reporting, position descriptions, salaries, and job changes.

Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

  • You will own building relationships with key stakeholders to gain insights into organizational performance and how it supports the business objectives.
  • You will identify patterns across people data, leader feedback, and organizational needs to recommend actions that support talent outcomes, leader capability, and business effectiveness.
  • You will create and leader-ready materials for talent reviews, succession planning, organizational planning, workforce planning, performance management, and other people priorities.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Six (6) years of professional work experience in a large, corporate, global organization
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or related people advisory function
  • Experience in workforce planning, employee relations, talent strategy, organizational design, and change management
  • Experience dealing with complex data and storytelling/communication to business partners

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree or MS/MA Master's Degree
  • SPHR Certification
  • Experience working with high volume operations employee groups
  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed client group
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and tools e.g. Oracle
  • Exposure to the Hospitality industry

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $100,000 – $145,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
